Shipments & lead Times

Orders are processed within 72 hours. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. You can expect delivery within 7 to 14 business days from order to delivery. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Larger freight items: Shipping times vary depending on the destination & the size of the order. Please contact us for shipping time estimates or for a custom freight quote.

We maintain healthy stock levels, but if you place an order for something that is not in stock or is on backorder, our team will contact you within 24-72 hours to decide how to proceed.

Return policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a 30 days return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any used or altered products will be sent back to the customer at the buyers expense.

To initiate a return, please contact usfor an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with further instructions. Please note that returns may be subject to a 3% restocking fee.

Special custom-built kits not listed on our website are not eligible for return. We process refunds only after inspecting the equipment and ensuring that it is in working condition with all components accounted for. Any malfunction due to the addition of third-party equipment without our written approval will void the warranty or return.

To initiate a return, exchange, or for warranty information, please contact us and we will respond within 48 hours to set up your return or replacement.

*All shipping charges are non-refundable. We highly encourage you to ship your return items with insurance coverage. We are not responsible for any returned items lost in transit. 

Fulfillment & Tracking

  • You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.
  • We process orders during week days. *If there are holds up on your order we will contact you directly via phone or e-mail.
  • If a product you've ordered is not in stock or is on back order, a member of our team will reach out within 24-48 hours.

What if a product arrives damaged?

Always inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, please make note of it right away and/or mark it on the way bill if possible. In the off chance your product arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for further instructions.
