Solar Panel Caddy
Description
Solar Panels with a thickness of 32mm or less will require the Panel Caddy Spacer be added to the Solar Panel Caddy in order for the tool to work properly.
The Solar Panel Caddy is designed to assist with the lifting and carrying of solar panels. The tool was created out of the frustrating daily grind of carrying solar panels around the jobsite. The Panel Caddy will work with modules between 34mm-42mm thick without the addition of the Panel Caddy Spacer.
FEATURES
- Gravity-Fed grip which securely locks under the panel lip
- Evenly dispersed pressure on both sides of panels cells to eliminate flexing & micro-fracturing
- Rubber grip handle
WHY DO I NEED IT?
- Reduce body strain from constant lifting
- Reduce the probability of dropped panels
- Seamless transition from ladder to the roof
PANEL CADDY SPACER
It is no secret that solar panels are getting wider and the frames are becoming thinner. The Panel Caddy Spacer is a simple, easy-to-use attachment that can be added and removed as needed. By adding this accessory one can securely grip solar panels between 32mm and 28mm thick.
ORDERING OPTIONS DEFINED:
We have provided 3 ordering options to meet your specific needs.
#1 Solar Panel Caddy (no spacer)
If the panels you use are consistently 34mm thick or more, then the Solar Panel Caddy is all you need to get the job done.
#2 Solar Panel Caddy with Spacer
If the panels you use are thinner than 34mm, then you'll want to grab a caddy that includes the spacer. The spacer can be removed as needed if you also deal with panels that are 34mm or thicker.
